SchoolDesigner CH is currently a prototype in active development. Features may change, be unavailable, or produce imperfect results. By using the Service you acknowledge this and agree not to hold SchoolDesigner CH liable for any issues arising from the prototype nature of the software. All AI-generated content must be reviewed by a qualified educator before use.
1. Acceptance
By using SchoolDesigner CH ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Permitted Use
The Service is intended for licensed educators to create exam questions and worksheets for educational purposes. You may use the Service to generate, edit, and export educational content for your own classes.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access code and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Copyright and Uploaded Content
By uploading content (e.g. past exams or worksheets as templates), you confirm that:
- You own the content or have the right to use it, OR
- The content is in the public domain or covered by an appropriate license, OR
- Your use constitutes fair use for educational purposes under applicable law.
You must not upload copyrighted content that you do not have the right to use. SchoolDesigner CH is not responsible for copyright infringement by users. We process uploaded text only in the browser and do not store it on our servers.
5. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by the AI is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use in an educational setting. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or pedagogical appropriateness of AI-generated content.
6. Prohibited Uses
- Generating content intended to deceive, harm, or discriminate
- Sharing access credentials with unauthorized users
- Automated scraping or bulk data extraction
- Using the service for non-educational commercial purposes
7. Data and Privacy
Use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. AI-generated content should be reviewed by a qualified educator before use.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SchoolDesigner CH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
